By creating an account or using Mathexus Research Graph ("Service"), you agree to:

  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy

2. Account Registration

To use Mathexus, you must:

  • Create an account with valid email and password
  • Keep your credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

You may not share your account, create multiple accounts to abuse free credits, or use automated systems to create accounts.

3. Credits and Payments

Free Plan

Free accounts receive 10 research credits monthly. Credits reset on the 1st of each month and do not roll over.

Credit Pack

Purchase 50 credits for $9.99. Purchased credits never expire and can be used anytime.

Lifetime Plan

One-time payment of $99 grants unlimited access to all features forever. No recurring fees.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on credit packs and lifetime purchases. Contact shubhu0788@gmail.com for refunds. Used credits will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • ❌ Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • ❌ Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • ❌ Scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer the platform
  • ❌ Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • ❌ Abuse rate limits or overwhelm our infrastructure

  • ❌ Violate intellectual property rights

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

  • Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our platform

Our Content

Mathexus platform, code, design, and branding are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

6. Third-Party Services

Mathexus integrates with third-party services:

  • Google Gemini AI: AI-powered analysis and insights
  • Veritus Search: Academic paper discovery
  • Dodo Payments: Payment processing

We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their terms. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Immediate bug fixes or feature updates
  • Compatibility with all devices and browsers
  • Backup or recovery of deleted content

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The service will meet your requirements
  • AI-generated content will be accurate or reliable
  • Research results will be complete or error-free
  • Third-party integrations will always work

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Errors in AI-generated content or research results
  • Third-party service failures or interruptions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months (or $100, whichever is greater).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mathexus, its affiliates, and team members from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your infringement of third-party rights
  • Content you submit or share

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Fail to pay for purchased services
  • Request account deletion

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. Unused credits are forfeited (except for refund-eligible purchases within 30 days).

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform announcement. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with new terms, you must stop using the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
